Welcome to Candy Cane Corner by:

Candy Cane is a Christian Child Care Center that began in 1983 by two school teachers that wanted a place for their children to learn, grow and excel academically. The foundation of that dream is still our goal today.
We offer a loving environment for ages 6 weeks to 12 years. As well as participate in the CACFP food program to ensure that the children have healthy, nutritious meals daily.

Communication
We have LOTS of activities going on here at Candy Cane! You all have LOTS of activities as well outside of Candy Cane so to help you remember when we have something special; we have several ways to communicate this with you.

Our Monthly Calendar: Please take this home and put it on your fridge. Make it a daily habit to look over it together each evening to prepare for the next day.

: Check your child’s box daily for reminder notes! Watch our sign in and out board for notes. Our front door will also have reminder notes on it.

Updating Information:
Please remember that the information in your child’s file is the only way we have to contact you. If you have ANY change of status with any of the following, please make sure to update your child’s file. If becomes a BIG problem if any of these numbers have changed and we are trying to reach you because your child is sick.

Our hours have changed, we are now open from 7am to 5:30 p.m.

Payment must be made on Monday to receive the Monday discount

Payment is due each week, even if your child does not attend

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your child’s breakfast time

If you are going to be arriving after 10:00, please call and let office know

We cannot give any fever reducing medications. If your child has had fever, they cannot return until they have been fever free for 24 hours without medication
